• clinical diagnosis

• financial or legal advice

Participation does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or fiduciary relationship.

3. Personal Responsibility

By engaging in any services, you acknowledge that:

• You are fully responsible for your decisions, interpretations and actions.

• You voluntarily participate in creative and reflective exercises.

• You understand that emotional responses may arise during self-inquiry.

You agree that the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation.

4. No Guarantees

While services are delivered with professional care, no guarantees are made regarding:

• specific personal outcomes

• emotional shifts

• behavioural change

• business or financial results

Results vary between individuals.

5. Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.

By purchasing services, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering a contract.

• You are not currently experiencing severe psychological or psychiatric conditions requiring clinical care.

If you are under treatment for a mental health condition, you are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before participating.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full prior to access unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.

7. Refund Policy

Digital Products:

Due to the digital nature of online materials, all digital purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

Private Sessions:

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited.

Group Programs:

Once a program has commenced, refunds are not provided unless required under UK consumer protection law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• drawings

• exercises

• frameworks

• videos

• course materials

• methodology

is the intellectual property of the Provider.

No part may be reproduced, distributed, shared, recorded or resold without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
